Masters Tire – St Catherine's

I had a flat tire and stopped by Master Tires, and the service was excellent. The staff was professional, helpful, and efficient, and they took care of the issue quickly. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the experience was. Highly recommend them if you’re ever in need of tire service!

Reached out to Masters Tires, St Catharines on Saturday, early afternoon. The team asked me to come in right away and fixed my tire within minutes. I would recommend Masters for anything related to tires and they also have a huge selection of fantastic tire rims for any vehicle. Awesome spot, great service.

Lack of knowledge. This is what I would say about this mechanic. I don't know about the high review rating. I took my car to them in a pinch since my regular place was too busy for a seasonal tire swap and I was in a rush to get it done. What I didn't like is their lack of knowledge about a spacer, which had stuck itself to the old wheel, normal occurrence as I usually change my own wheels, then questioning the length of the lugnut which was to be reused on the winter wheels as they were OEM-spec. Secondly, they used the wrong torque on the wheels, which put my life in danger, information readily available online. Make your own decision, but this mechanic lacks basic knowledge, in my opinion. Definitely NOT worth the expensive $50 for a swap!

Great service, a small hiccup with the nuts on my tires due to them being custom. Had to purchase new sets. They had them and were reasonably priced. They didn’t switch and balance all in. Wish they stored tires though. Staff friendly and helpful. Will def use again.
