Staying in the area and the 6 year old battery in our car went dead. These guys were able to squeeze us in immediately, ordered the battery, installed it and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Very fair pricing, professional. Very good experience far away from home. Thank you!!!

I love this place. I wish they had a cleaner shop to work in, itooms pretty rough there, but the mechanics always do a great job and it's great to be able to rely on them to take care of my car. Trustworthy for the advice they give and work they do. Can't say enough about how good it is to leave my car with people and feel.relaxed a out it.

We had a great experience at Master's. We had just arrived in NOTL when the check engine light came on. We found this repair shop not far from the historic district. They helped us right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were helpful, friendly, efficient and charged a very reasonable price. We visit NOTL with some regularity and now have a garage we can trust. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and efficient. I wish the guest area was clean and maintained but it's a automotive repair shop so it's almost expected. I was happy with service and repairs completed to my car. I called to see if they could take me asap and they were able to take me that day. I did have to wait for a part to be ordered but it was completed in a timely manner. Prices were reasonable as well. PJ and staff are good guys with a great business providing honest opinions. They will not rake you over the coals for $ money for unnecessary repairs.
