When our 10 year old car started to act up at the beginning of our 7hr drive home, Victoria and Carlo were gracious enough to fit us in and personally examine our car to make sure we made it home safely. They literally saved us time, money, worry all the while treating us like regular customers!!! A couple of days ago I was fortunate enough when having car issues to find Master Mechanic in Grimsby. From the moment you walk in the front door your greeted with a smile and kindness from Victoria who can help guide you. Then I met Carlo who went beyond any other place I've gone and who checked my car out letting me know exactly what was wrong and my options, Never giving any pressure whatsoever to get it done there, he showed that his customers safety was most important to him. I decided to go ahead and take his recommendations and fixed the car. They were quick, experienced and my car felt like it was new again, great job. Thank you both for the wonderful experience. Incredible service. I took my car in to be looked at as I was having problems with it and Carlo and his team did a fantastic job. Although I had an appointment, unfortunately, I missed it due to my fault, they were overpowered, but they inspected my car. Since the blizzard of the year was approaching, this help that we were not left without a car is invaluable! I am honestly speechless and so grateful that they inspected my car and advised me on what else to do between the holidays. It's lovely to see businesses that value their customers and are compassionate. Thanks for making my day (considering it was almost Christmas, and they were fully booked). This location has been recently taken over by a new franchisee, Carlo. I had an excellent experience with the services. Carlo and his team were professional, honest and transparent. I had my rear brakes changed, they provided me with a quick assessment of the problem and a competitive quote. Overall I am happy, I reccomend this location for auto services.
