Been going to this MassageAddict location since 2024. Laura has been my massage therapist since I started going for my monthly massage. I moved away so I’m not able to go here anymore, but would highly recommend Laura. She’s really friendly, and she’s attentive to what I need. Thanks to Laura my back’s been improving

Dr Dave is really amazing at what he does! More people need to know they can do a non invasive adjustment that does not involve cracking the spine! His ability to use a computer to assess what areas of the spine are out of alignment and then adjust using that same gentle technology is so great. I feel amazing after my adjustment

Booked a one hour massage for my 16 year old daughter. We have been there before and have always be pleased. This time she was only given pressure point work, on top of the sheet, for 45 minutes and then only roughly 10 minutes of neck and shoulder massage with oil. A very strange and off putting massage!

I went in for a massage yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I could tell it was going to be a good visit—the staff were welcoming, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. The customer service was excellent, and the massage itself was everything I expected and more. I left feeling relaxed, relieved, and genuinely impressed by the quality of care. Jacob Harding did an outstanding job and truly knows what he’s doing. He deserves special recognition—honestly, he deserves a raise. This place has gained a customer for life, and I’ve already booked my next appointment. I’m really looking forward to coming back.

Been going this place for years. I specifically booed with John, I feel he was the best massage therapist I’ve had. He has moved on to another place. I continued to stay with massage addict in hopes I’d find someone else I liked there. I tried several others and after about 4 ppl I finally found someone else. Since then, I’ve had 4 apts with that person, every single apt has been cancelled/ rescheduled. My last apt I showed up for, I was told they tried to call me the week prior to cancel (I did not see this call), you’d think in a week if they hadn’t heard back they would do a follow up call to be sure. They did not, on top of that I received the confirmation text for that apt the day prior. I then rescheduled. The day came for the rescheduled apt, I get a call 1 hour prior cancelling the apt yet again! I understand things come up, but this has happened with almost every apt I’ve had in the past 6 months. Not only that but the communication just isn’t there. Your expected to pay if you need to cancel your apt within 24 hours, which I could understand, until now when my time has now been wasted several times at this point.
