My Favourite place to enjoy my Lunch. The Service is great and quick. Very friendly staff. And to add on the atmosphere look so neat and tidy. Would 100% recommend to everyone.

It’s amazing this location is still in business. I write this review as I have spent over 10 minutes sitting in the drive through after having just waited 4 minutes at the order booth. The truck behind me backed out as the wait was too long. This is the usual at this location, and whether this is the result of the franchisee being cheap and not scheduling enough staff, or a result of poor service from the staff itself this will be the last time I attempt to buy food here, the worst service I have ever received af a fast food business.

Ordered delivery. Big Mary wasnt very big. No way that is a "whole grade A chicken breast" as advertised. Asked for extra mayo and got very little. Wings were ok, but nothing you cant get from a grocery store hot table. Tenders were small and hardly seasoned. Sauces not good. Will be a one and done for me.

UPDATE – Friday, April 25, 2025 - Customer Service - Worse than the SLOP they call food! So I did what Mary Brown’s asked. I emailed the “experience” team right after their reply here. It’s now Friday. No response. No apology. Not even a “we’re working on it.” Just a black hole of corporate indifference. Let’s rewind: Wings so dry I thought they were auditioning for a mummy exhibit Potatoes raw enough to still be photosynthesizing A biscuit with the texture of a hockey puck — which I paid extra for And now? A customer service team that vanishes faster than buffalo sauce at this location This isn’t just bad food. It’s bad business. Don’t tell customers to email you if you’re going to ghost them harder than a bad ex. If this location is part of your franchise, you should be embarrassed. If it’s not — sue for defamation, because they’re dragging your name through the deep fryer. Mary Brown’s, your silence speaks volumes. Shame it’s the only thing that showed up hot. ______________________________________ Original Review - Food My DOG won't even eat - April 21, 2025 Received wings that were dry. Received undercooked potatoes and an overly hard biscuit, which I paid extra for. Not even my dog would eat the wings or the potatoes. So basically food unfit for human or animal life. Seriously, how much can buffalo sauce actually cost? How cheap can you possibly get? Mary Brown's should be ashamed to have this location be part of their franchise.

One of the best places to enjoy chicken! 🍗 The customer service is exceptional, and my usual choice is the Spicy Big Mary. However, I tried their all-new wings today with Swicy Sauce, and it has become my new favorite. I always recommend it to my friends. If you find yourself in St. Catharines, I would highly recommend Mary Brown's on Scott Street.
