Had a pleasant experience this morning with technician Scott G. He showed me where the issue was and explained what he was going to do. Within an hour he was done and I was satisfied with his work. We chatted a bit and discovered we had mutual friends. I would recommend Marty's to any one. Great guys to deal with. Thanks!

Highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling issues. Scott G was awesome. He came to look at my old furnace which was short cycling. He diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond in education and explanation. The solution was quick and very cost effective.

Marty installed a new furnace and AC when I moved in to my house back in 2011. And they have been doing the maintenance ever since. Customer service is always excellent, my tech the last couple of times was Alannah and she is thorough and very nice to work with. She even takes her boots off to walk through the house! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Knowledgeable, professional, prompt. I don’t know how their costs compare to other companies because I only use Marty’s. But it seems reasonable for they do.

Spoke to them on the phone and told me how I might be able to start up the furnace. If not they would be over later that day. They came that afternoon, checked the furnace and realized it needed parts. Off they went to collect them. Returned and fixed it. They explained everything were professional and took all the boxes with them. My dog loved them. I was very happy to get heat back and I was pleased with their work. I would certainly recommend them as professionals. Who knew their job and did like dogs

We are very thankful to have our furnace working again today . Tory returned my call and set up an appointment for a technician to come to and inspect our lack of heat . She was amazing , very caring and thoughtful. Adam , the technician quickly assessed the issue and had the furnace fixed in no time . He showed and explained the problem , and gave suggestions to prevent further problems. This business was recommended by friends and I would recommend them 100%.
