I've been seeing Leah for years and she is the best. I store all my stress in my neck and upper shoulders and thankfully, she is there to help out. I've been to a few places where the won't use enough pressure- Leah actually listens to what I need. Thank you Leah!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The one star is because Leah is a fairly good massage therapist. My appointment was for 2:15 pm today, Sat and as always I arrive via Uber (disabled don’t drive) and prefer to be early vs late as it’s a good time to relax and read something. Got there just before 2 pm. Door locked. Boiling hot outside. Called and left msg on main line. Nothing. Waited and waited. Still locked, left msg and this time messaged Leah. Nothing. This continued till 2:15 pm when I happened to see a young man leave the building. THEN the door was unlocked. By then despite being in the shade I had spent nearly 20 minutes outside in the boiling heat. Leah’s response? “We keep the door locked”. That’s it? I was overheated, out of breath nearly passing out. I asked her why was I not notified of this or written on their website to which her response was: ‘well we’re ok with you coming 5-10 mins earlier’. Whaat? I HAD BEEN CALLING AND TRYING THE DOOR EVERY 5-7 MINS AND IT WAS LOCKED EVEN 5-10 mins before the appointment. I’ve moved back from the US where customer service is amazing, people very friendly and apologetic —they would have said at minimum: “ oh gosh I’m SO sorry, you’re right, you should have been notified”. Etc. Seriously this is a podunk place, Leah not particularly a friendly person, very cold. You just lost a potential regular customer. NOT COMING BACK.

I have been a client since the clinic opened. Donna lee is fabulous. She genuinely cares about the health of her clients. She listens attentively to your problem areas and applies her skills and knowledge to improve your well being. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist.

Donna Lee takes the time to listen to my concerns and adjusts her treatment around my problem areas. I would recommend to anyone looking for a massage therapist.
