I’m currently dealing with this firm through third party as they were used for an estate and let me tell you… they lack communication more than I have ever seen. They don’t know emails aren’t being received, they don’t follow up. So when you have several beneficiaries that need to sign apart this is a he problem.. going on 3 years of this bs. .MARTIN SHEPPARD = INCOMPETENT ..DO NOT RECOMMEND… unless you have years to waste of course
View on GoogleI have used law firm for both realestate transactions as well as a small claims court issue. I received good professional service and advice in both areas. I recommend and will continue to use this law firm.
View on GoogleMy father used this firm for decades for both business and personal needs. They crafted his will and after his passing I reached out for clarity on a few items. In the past month I have called 3 times. In each case reception has passed me to someone to speak in more detail (Victoria most recently). I have left a detailed voicemail in each case and have never had a return call. My suggestion to anyone reading this.....find another law firm.
View on GoogleTHIS IS A REVIEW FOR FINGERPRINTS NIAGARA ONLY. They are not listed on Google businesses for a good reason, their customer service is abysmal. I used to be happy with their service, but it has just recently gone down the tubes. My fingerprints came back as "insufficient quality" from the RCMP. When I asked for either a waived re-application fee upon the second fingerprinting or a refund for the initial fingerprinting, I was denied and told that my fingers "must have changed". I have used this company's services once a year for five years and I will not be using it in the future. I have wasted my time (about two months because of the wait time to find out the fingerprints were wrong) and money on this company ($110), I won't be wasting any more. This year, they have hired a new fingerprint technician who does sloppy work which resulted in a response from the RCMP of "insufficient quality fingerprints". I paid them $85 for their service only to receive a criminal record check that did not include my fingerprints. I complained to the managers at the company many times and was only rebuffed, saying that my fingers "must have changed". They have wasted my time and money. Unless they improve the quality of their technicians, I don't think they should be accredited with the RCMP any longer.
View on GoogleI highly recommend this law firm. We needed help with a rental situation for our rental income property. We had great expert advice from Becky Peters, she is fantastic. Becky then set us up with Samuel Vince who is a law student within her firm. He helped us out so much. He was prompt with getting back to us, always presented with great advice . Samuel's calm and empathetic demeanor meant so much to us during the trying times.
