I had Marlene retained for 6 years in a long, long family court matter that was prolonged by my ex-wife. Marlene is patient, fair, considerate and kind, she is a stickler for paperwork and always has everything prepared and actually prepares in advance in regards to paperwork expecting problems from opposing counsel. Marlene will not mislead you, she will guide you and she will be the common sense in one of the most difficult experiences a person can encounter in there life. I practice law as well, in the Provincial Offences Court and Criminal Courts and I appreciate all the work Marlene did for me. Marlene is your advocate in family and I highly recommend her. Marlene is a trial lawyer, she is one of few family court lawyers in her profession that conducts trials.

I would highly recommend Marlene as a lawyer. She is very detail-oriented and is amazing in Court!
