Mark's WorkPro

My husband always shops at this store for work gear, so far we always have the same man help us out, I mean he really goes above and beyond, even when we have the poor guy running around grabbing like 10 different boots and coats. He really knows his stuff and if he doesnt he makes sure to find out an answer and not leave us hanging. I cant remember his name but he is the cool black man. I would be giving these stars to him because Marks in general has some pretty scrappy products especially the work gloves and steel toed shoes for woman, they are really uncomfortable. They need more employees like this guy

Not a fan of Mark's but my company has an account only with them. I had to go to 7 different stores to find work boots for 2 women, brutal. Women work in construction Mark's, do better! Thanks Mark's Pro, at least you were able to help!

Visited today my husband needed work shoes. We got exceptional customer service. Whole staff was nice but would like to specially mention Sue . she provide many key details about each product .

On February 28th, I had the pleasure of visiting this store. I really went in out of curiosity, and I was truly delighted to buy some work shoes (the most comfortable in the world). All thanks to Susan's excellent work. I can say that in the seven years I've lived in Canada, I'd never received such good service in a store before. Susan was very attentive and sweet. Excellent work by her; I wish you could meet more Susans everywhere 🤣 . She suggested I apply for a Triangle card, and I'm so happy about it. She explained everything in detail, and anything I didn't understand due to my lack of English, she explained it again without any problem. Honestly, 12 out of 10 for customer service.

Susan, and Ryan V really helped me out. I had a great experience at the store. I wish there were more employees like these who really made me comfortable. We'll come back from Mississauga just to shop here!
