Mark's

I like the clothes but the store is pretty much ran by teenagers, who are rude and don’t know how to handle any sort of conflict…. Plus they always have misleading “SALE” signs…. Clothes are nice but the staff makes the experience bad…. Will NOT be back.

I always enjoy shopping at Mark's. I can find great clothes at a reasonable price. I especially like my Denver Hayes stretch jeans, or, as my kids call them, my "Dad pants".

Disappointed with information given. Two pairs of jeans purchased. Told by staff to check next 2 Wednesday's flyer as can do price adjustment if on sale( expensive brands purchased) Noted today on the 2nd Wednesday, on sale, and sale ends today. Called store (welland) and was told no, sale ends today, flyer changes Thursday, and in so many words, too bad! I live far enough away, that trip is not worth it tonight! Staff not telling proper info, and not very helpful today!

The customer service here is much to be desired! My wife went to return something she ordered online and was met with a very rude worker. At the same time I was shopping for clothes for myself and when checking out we were met with the same rude attitude. There was a sale sign misplaced and was misleading (it was in between a bunch of piles of shirts but was meant for the pants on the shelf beneath) and when asked about the sale she went on to say, that as you can see we have no room to put that sign anywhere else and it’s for the pants under the shirts - where would you suggest we put that sign then? You know it’s bad when the guy in line behind you says - I’ve dealt with that lady before and she’s a piece of work! Unfortunate that I’d rather come in the store to buy clothes then online but I’m met with the worst customer service in a while

Bought a set of $$$ but comfy boots 5 months ago. Went in today to ask about warranty as they have separated from the sole already. Worker told me the problem was my feet were too big as I take a size 12. Manager suggested they are much older than I stated. They do NOT want to help the customer at all! Not coming back here and I suggest you don't either if you want good service or any help.
