Visited this store to purchase a natural gas patio heater with a quick disconnect neoprene hose which would connect interchangeably to the same gas line as my nat gas BBQ. I was told that I would need a gas installer certificate in order to purchase. That's like needing to hire a gas fitter purchase a natural gas BBQ. Quite ridiculous.
