Website sucks. Have checked all stores in 100 k radius. Says available,,,, As soon as I add to cart says exceeds availability. Ship to home available. Then checkout and oops sorry not available. Says available in store but am I to drive 77 k to find …. Oops sorry none available. So frustrating. Guess I’m going somewhere else!!!

Can always find what your looking gor and at good prices. Most of my wardrobe is from Marks

I visited the Vansickle store on 11/24/25 with a work voucher and want to give a thumbs up to all the staff that evening.They were all very helpful. I have to give the people in retail a big thumbs up as they put up with lots of BS these days as I witnessed 2 guys stealing and how the handled it was amazing

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and always shop at Mark’s for my work clothes. I especially appreciate the Denver Hayes collection — the quality and the comfortable, stretchy fabric are second to none. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at your store have been very disappointing. On my last visit, Nov.8 2025, I attempted to get the attention of the young blonde associate in the men’s department at least five times without success. Her lack of responsiveness felt not only inattentive but outright rude. I genuinely felt invisible as I stood there waiting for assistance. After giving up, I browsed the shoe section looking for Skechers slip-ons in my size, but once again, there wasn’t a single staff member available to help. I was in the store for roughly 20 minutes (you can confirm this on camera) and left feeling completely ignored. This was the third time I’ve had this kind of experience at this location, and it’s disappointing enough that I’ll now have to travel further to the Pen Centre store to receive the level of service I expect from Mark’s.

The store is clean and tidy, the store associates are pleasant and helpful. 10/10 visit. It is slightly smaller than other Mark's (like at the Pen) but it's handy being so close!
