5 Stars We’ve had a great experience working with Turner at Marken Homes. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process leading up to our move-in. Even after we moved into our new construction home, Turner continued to go above and beyond. We had a few repairs that needed to be addressed after closing, and he took care of them promptly and professionally. His work has been exceptional, and he’s always been on time and trustworthy. We’re very pleased with the service he’s provided and truly appreciate his support throughout this journey. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have known Marken Homes to be quality local builders in Niagara for many years. They built a new 1800 sq ft home for our son that turned out on budget and on time. When we bought a home requiring renovations, we immediately turned to them for their expert advice on how to make our home the best it could be. With Turner Smith as their construction supervisor, our home has turned out even better than expected. Turner is knowledgeable in all areas of construction, so is terrific at directing the tradespeople they use to complete each job in a timely manner. Communication skills are important to us and Turner always returns calls promptly. In addition to renovation of our entire house, Marken built a 600 sq ft pool house in our back yard. Their skills as residential home builders shine on new construction. Everything we’ve asked them to do has been so successful.
