Always clean, very friendly staff

I was referred here for a pain assessment before seeing spinal surgeon in Hamilton. Dr Ashworth, who did the assessment was professional, thorough and friendly. She explained the preliminary diagnosis and what to expect in the next steps. She answered all my questions and, though she was obviously running behind in her schedule, never gave me the impression of rushing. Let’s face it, medical offices are always overly busy so if we have to wait 10-20 minutes it probably means someone ahead of us needed a little more attention. Reception area was clean with plenty of room considering how busy this place gets. The receptionist was friendly, polite and didn’t mind when I had a few questions while waiting.

Very good place, reception can be rude sometimes but it's mainly because they're so busy!

This office is NEVER available to answer the phone or talk to patients. We are constantly getting the run around and avoidance from this office. A family member has requested medical documents over a WEEK ago and still nothing is ready. a TIME SENSITIVE medical issue is happening and we cant even get the proper medical documents to forward to other specialists. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! YOU WORK FOR US, NOT the other way around. Now we have to wait until next week for documents we needed LAST week because your close at noon on Fridays...do peoples lives not matter to you? How many times do we need to call before you answer the phone? Disgusting.

Have been going here for as long as I can remember, the doctors and staff are very caring and actually make a real effort to make you feel at ease. They do whatever they can to figure out a solution, and if they can’t, send you to someone who is better equipped to. They always go above and beyond to help in whatever ways they can.
