Maple Park Lodge

Hands down the worst LTC home in the region. Resident abuse and neglect are common place. PSWs on certain floors have been known to physically and verbally abuse residents.

Maple Park Lodge received their Long Term Care Home Accreditation Status in 2023. It is well deserved. My father with dementia stayed in the Blue Jay Wing and the staff were wonderful to him. They would greet and joke with him. He was well taken care of. He was always shaved and clean. The facility is very clean. The staff always contact me if there was an issue and helped me through it. The administration staff are very friendly and helpful with our needs. All the staff were very supportive with the recent passing of my father. Thank you for your care. I would recommend Maple Park Lodge Long Term Care Home.

Was great at beginning(3 months tops) but it's gone downhill fast. Most psw workers can't understand you when asking for help or just don't care. They have a HUGE ant problem they are everywhere including in my mother bed.

They take amazing care of my father!
