The Wedding of Our Dreams -- Thanks to the Most Incredible Maple Meadows Team Where do I even begin? From the very first moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this venue was something truly special-- but we could never have imagined just how far they would go to make our wedding dreams come true. After our first venue turned out to be completely unreliable, we were stressed, discouraged, and unsure of what to do. This amazing team stepped in with so much understanding, compassion, and professionalism that I still cry every time I think about how they treated us during such a challenging time. They didn't just give us a venue-- they gave us hope again. They went above and beyond in every way possible, supporting us as we navigated issues with other vendors, calming our nerves, offering guidance, and reminding us that everything was going to work out. And it did. More beautifully than we ever imagined. The venue itself was absolutely unbelievable -- breathtaking, warm, magic. Every corner felt like it belonged in a fairytale, and our guests could not stop talking about how stunning everything was. We send a very special thank-you to Laurie for the absolutely stunning flowers. Every arrangement was beyond anything I could have dreamed of-- elegant, vibrant, and completely perfect for our day. The florals tied everything together so beautifully and truly elevated the entire celebration. And our wedding coordinator, Ashley? Worth every single penny and then some. Ashley made sure the entire day ran flawlessly from start to finish. I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing. She kept me hydrated, checked in on our guests, handled every detail seamlessly, and made sure we could stay present and enjoy the moment. Her calm, caring, capable energy made all the difference. I will forever be grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication this family/team poured into our wedding. They turned what could have been a stressful, uncertain experience into the most meaningful and joyful day of our lives. If you are considering this venue - do it. Our nephew was married at this spectacular venue this weekend. The beauty of this location was only surpassed by the incredible service by all the staff. A special shout out to Ashley, wedding coordinator extraordinaire. (She very kindly helped me out of a broken shoe disaster, for which I am so grateful.) Everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend this venue !! ❤️

If you are reading this, don't look any further for the perfect venue. You have found it! All i can say is that this venue is incredible!!!! Laurie, Brian and Ashley were beyond amazing to work with. Our wedding was exactly what we were imagining and more, all thanks to the team at Maple Meadows Farm. Brian makes sure the grounds of the venue are in pristine condition during all of the wedding season. Mosquitos love me and i can say throughout our wedding day/evening there were zero concerns about this, once again Brian takes care of this making sure there are no issues. Laurie went above and beyond to make sure that we had flowers that matched our wedding colors and the bouquets that she made were just incredible. Laurie worked very closely with us to make sure all the little details with the flowers and table decorations were taken care of. Ashley, our day-of coordinator. Words can not explain how grateful we are that we decided to go with her services. She made sure the rehearsal went on with out issues working along side our wedding officiant. Ashley took care of setting up all our unique decorations and ideas, her eye to detail matched our personalities perfectly. She did so much that i can go on for days. In short Ashley made sure our wedding went on with out issues and stress free. We can not thank the Maple Meadows team enough for the memories that we created August 29th 2025. You guys are amazing.

We had the most incredible experience with Maple Meadows Farm! From the moment we went for our first meeting, we knew it was the venue for us! The grounds are spectacular! The barn and surrounding fields are a perfect dream! The flowers are grown to perfection and every inch of the property is tended to and looked after. Our day couldn't have been any better, it went above and beyond our expectations! All our guests commented on how gorgeous the property was and how much fun they had throughout the day, especially during the dancing! The staff at Maple Meadows Farm are incredible! Excellent communication and they did an amazing job taking our vision and bringing it to reality! They are so kind and supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly before and during the wedding! We also chose to make our own flower bouquets and it was one of my favourite moments for my bridesmaids and I. It was a really special and unique touch that everyone got to make their own bouquet and the flowers looked beautiful! We wish we could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it! Highly recommend for everyone!

We just had our wedding this past Saturday at Maple Meadows Farm, and it was more beautiful than we had ever imagined. If you are planning to have your wedding here, I would highly recommend having Ashley as your day-of coordinator. Throughout the entire wedding day, she made everything run so smoothly. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to us, and her and her team did a phenomenal job setting up the decor. They truly helped make this day perfect and special for us. Laurie is one of the kindest people we have ever met. Working on our bouquets with her was such a fun experience. All of the floral arrangements she created for our wedding day were stunning and helped tie everything together beautifully. The family-oriented spirit of the place made our day feel even more special and unique. If you are thinking of having your wedding here, I 100% recommend doing so. You won’t be disappointed. We are still overwhelmed with joy at how perfect our day was because of them, and it couldn’t have gone better. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our special day a dream come true, we will cherish the memories of that day forever.
