Unfortunately, this was a very uncomfortable dining experience. The server who attended our table stood extremely close while speaking and had very strong body odor along with noticeably bad breath. This made the interaction unpleasant and distracting throughout the service. Basic hygiene and personal presentation are essential in a food service environment, especially when staff are interacting closely with customers. Regardless of how the food is prepared, this issue significantly affected my ability to enjoy the meal. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience crossed a basic standard of professionalism. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better hygiene and service standards moving forward.

I truly do love this bar and the concept. But there have been multiple occasions where myself or my girlfriend have been ripped off. Inconsistent drink prices based off bartenders; the same drink is cheaper with one bartender and more expensive with another… with no explanation. You’ve got bartenders pouring diluted drinks that are not even considered a standard pour. I ordered 4 porn star shots, this bartender gives me 4 plastic cups of blue curaçao and sprite, after I watched her struggle to open the raspberry liqueur for 5 minutes and give up, and then told me thats how a porn star is made. I just love being taken advantage of by ignorant people who think Im stupid. As someone who is also in the hospitality industry, Owner - your staff are gonna kill your reputation.

I have never been so belittled, bullied, and verbally abused by a man as I was on Saturday, January 31, by the outdoor bouncer at this establishment, and after reading other reviews this is clearly a dangerous pattern… From the moment my group arrived, the hostility and misogyny was immediate. The bouncer’s first words to us were an aggressive, “get in line,” at 9:00, when there was no one else there, setting the tone for the rest of the interaction. While waiting, the two girls ahead of us handed him $20 cash. He said verbatim, “Sometimes we take payment outside, sometimes we take it inside,” which strongly implied that their payment was accepted. A simple miscommunication followed, where I reasonably believed my friend had already paid. When we entered, we passed a woman standing at the front desk. As visitors unfamiliar with the venue, we assumed this was coat check. She said nothing to us, stopped no one, and made no attempt to clarify anything, even when we asked who we give our money to, so we continued inside. About two minutes later, we were aggressively accosted. Staff shone lights directly into our faces and accused us of “sneaking in,” as if we were criminals for being poorly informed. The same bouncer then verbally assaulted me while two other employees stood by and actively supported him, yelling at me and my two girlfriends instead of de-escalating the situation. At no point was there professionalism, calm communication, or basic respect. Instead, the bouncer demanded, condescendingly, that I apologize to him. I refused and chose to leave the club, to which he smugly responded, “Good.” If Mansion believes that intimidating, degrading, and publicly berating young women is an acceptable business practice, that says everything potential patrons need to know. I left genuinely disturbed by how chauvinisticlly this man spoke to women. To the bouncer involved: I sincerely hope you think twice about how you treat people, especially women, who are simply trying to enjoy a night out. This behavior was shockingly unacceptable. Do better.

MANSION HOUSE Friday, October 31st, between approx. 11:22–11:44 PM I was alone near the staircase leading to the rooftop. A male security guard approached aggressively, saying, “You have to go,” and started pushing me toward the metal and cement staircase. I looked for my friends and told him I wouldn’t be leaving alone, but he kept pushing me backward, repeating the same words. One of my friends saw and stepped in. He shoved her into me, knocking us both into the wet, muddy ground. I was trying to call for help — he tried to knock my phone away. Two more guards joined in. Already hurt and disoriented, I was dragged toward the front of the building. My clothes were being pulled and lifted. I couldn’t see my other two friends. I later received medical attention for bruising on my wrists, neck, back, chest/sternum, and legs. This was violent, humiliating, and unacceptable. Being pushed into the mud, grabbed, and dragged by multiple men in public, with my clothes pulled, left me feeling exposed, powerless, and degraded. I did nothing to deserve this. It’s taken everything to speak about it, but silence only protects the wrong people

I love mansion, I have been coming here for a while and the people are amazing, the manager is lovely, the security do their job very well! The drinks are great and the bartenders do their absolute best to get everyone served as quickly as possible! The music is always good, DJs will always take song requests! Love it everytime!
