This is the only laundry mat I go to since my first year of living in this city. The staff is friendly and caring, and the place is alway clean. Just remember to show kindness and respect to the staff and they will do whatever they can to help.

The first time I visited Manor Cleaners, I was blown away by the atmosphere - beautiful plants everywhere, clean, smells great & the owner Hanif is genuinely a great person who is evidently passionate about his work. I was shocked he remembered me even weeks after my first visit. I get table linens cleaned for my business often and he always returns them as good as new. Pricing is beyond fair with excellent service. I definitely recommend this establishment as the best, most welcoming laundromat in Niagara Falls.

First time to go to a laundromat to wash 3 blankets and found this Manor Cleaners via a referral from a customer on another laundromat as their triple washer is occupied. I meet the owner Hanif and he is very accomodating. He assisted me and helped me how to properly fold the dry blankets. The place is clean and tidy and refreshing as it has indoor plants. We has some chitchats about Canada and how he started as an immigrant to owning rental properties and multiple businesses. He also shared tips how on where to get the best groceries.
