This is a great store, and the staff are always lovely.

I went in to attempt to find meatloaf for my wife. They only had 2 options, both almost $20 and obsurdidly small porttions. No individual size portions for $5-$12. Also chicken wings and other gameday items rarely go on sale now. Mentioned to the helper I could go to handlebar hanks for cooked wings for less then their $30 a box. Kept mentioning about how to save $5 or link my m&m card which did not work. I explained how I shopped weekly multiple times when sales were on, she did not clue in I was asking her to give feedback to the owner about their high prices. I also do not get deal emailed to me maybe because they have none to give. May as well shop at a real grocery store or eat out. I spent $25 on a meatloaf and soup for my wife, I could have got wingsblock again for $15 a meal. Food prices are getting out of hand and m&ms is not helping any. Waste of time. Staff does not care. A running theme here in welland I guess.

The ladies working when I went in were very nice and gave me tips on the food I bought because I mentioned I never had it before. I was looking forward to making it when I got home. Nice location, not too big and always good food.

I love the ease of shopping and food preparation. There are portion sizes that are suitable for one or two people. There’s a great variety of products to choose from. I watch their flyers for sales which can be a good cost savings. The owners and the staff are always very helpful.
