Yuli at Mandarin is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly accommodating. It’s rare to encounter someone who so naturally anticipates what guests need before they even ask, but Yuli does exactly that. Her dedication to making sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of really stood out. She was professional, warm, and consistently attentive throughout our visit. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, which made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. If you have the chance to be served by Yuli, you’re in excellent hands. We recently dined at Mandarin Restaurant and had a wonderful overall experience. The ambience was festive and welcoming, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere perfect for gatherings. Although the seating felt a bit tight, the space was well-maintained—everything was clean, organized, and efficiently managed. The food selection was great, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. While a few dishes were not replenished right away, the overall quality and taste made up for the slight delay. Rosemary was a great food attendant! She’s very attentive, helpful and respectful. Overall, it was a very good dining experience, and we would definitely come back again.

Amazing buffet experience! The variety of dishes was outstanding from fresh salads and hearty mains to delicious desserts. Everything was clean, hot, and replenished regularly. Thanks to Angel were friendly, attentive, and made sure our glasses were never empty. Great value for the price, perfect for family dinners or celebrations. Highly recommend!

Great AYCE buffet in the Niagara area. We loved having Hanna as our server! She asked us if we had ever been to the buffet before, which we had not. She explained the buffet in detail and then also told us about the specialties they had for their Moon festival celebration. She offered warm towels when we were seated, brought our drinks promptly, cleared our plates quickly, and at the end of the meal offered us another warm towel to wipe our hands. Hanna is an excellent server, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about her customers. This AYCE buffet is great for families. The entire place was very well kept, clean, fresh food that was constantly replenished, and the staff was working hard to keep it clean and tidy. We came on (Canadian) Thanksgiving. They had an extra station with traditional turkey, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, the works. The sashimi was top-notch—fresh salmon, ahi, and clams. It was an incredible amount of food with a very well orchestrated team. Never felt crowded or rushed.
