I have been a loyal customer of Malibu beach tanning for 11 years and they have pretty much had the same staff for about 5 years which is the main reason I went to Malibu in the first place the beds are a little older but staff and prices couldn’t be beat owner was always flexible with there sales if you missed it by a week they would still honor you the sale price. I have gone in there and there is children working who know absolutely nothing about tanning or the lotions then to find out my fav person got fired from there for horrible reason I will be going to tanorama from now on you lost a loyal customer

I’ve been a loyal customer at this tanning salon for years, but unfortunately since the new owners took over it’s gone completely downhill. They let go of most of the original staff — the ones who actually cared about customers and made everyone feel welcome — and replaced them with extremely young employees who don’t seem old enough to even tan themselves. There’s an age requirement for tanning, so how can they really understand the process or answer questions with any real experience? The old owners created such a great atmosphere — warm, friendly, and professional. You could tell they genuinely cared about their customers and took pride in the salon. That’s what kept people coming back. Unfortunately, all of that is gone now. The new management has lowered the quality, and completely lost the charm this place used to have. It’s honestly disappointing to see such a well-loved local business lose its heart. The old owners and staff are truly missed. I won’t be coming back.
