Magnotta Beamsville

We were excited to visit with family who are visiting Canada for the first time in 10 years. Unfortunately, the customer service did not meet our expectations. Our guide, who was experiencing a language barrier, attempted to communicate with employees but was repeatedly dismissed. I eventually had to step in to further explain, which clearly changed the tone of the interaction and led to more appropriate behavior. Overall, the experience could have been much more welcoming.

Had an amazing experience at Magnotta Winery in Beamsville. The atmosphere is welcoming, the wines are excellent, but what truly made the visit stand out was the customer service. Bre went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than rushed. She took the time to explain the wines, answer questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome — the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. You can tell when someone actually cares about what they do, and Bre absolutely does. If you’re visiting Magnotta, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend stopping by and experiencing it for yourself.

I came in the other day by myself because me and my family were doing a wine tour while visiting Niagara. The store itself was really nice, but we were being served by an older man, I’m pretty sure he was the manager. He smelt bad, like sweat and meat. He had grey and really greasy hair. Overall he seemed nice, but I won’t be returning if this is the way the employees are with their hygiene.

Excellent service by all the staff here! They have a great selection of different kind of wines for what ever your feeling or the occasion that all taste excellent! I highly recommend!

Large wine store located in Beamsville close the Niagara. This is the first time I've been here. They have a wide selection of locally produced wines, and are known for their ice wines. They also offer wine tasting so you can try before you buy. There's currently a tax holiday in December 2024 to February 2025 for alcohol in Canada, so this is a great time to buy gifts. I'm not sure if they offer tours here in the summer.
