I have heard horror stories of bad grooming so I was nervous when trying to find a local groomer for my pup. But this shop from the beginning has been amazing! They always do a perfect cut for my dogs breed. I'm always so happy with the results. The price is very reasonable in my opinion!

We take our dog Bella here to get her haircut as we recently moved to Beamsville, and it is amazing! Always an incredible job, timely, and she treats Bella so well. She comes home smelling fresh and looks so cute. She even gets a bonus little bandana! We love bringing her here. Suggest it to anyone with a pet that needs some grooming! Great work.

We've been going here for a full groom for our pomeranian mix for awhile now. I was hesitant to take our pup into a busy grooming salon because he is bad with other dogs and very reactive. Ashley is amazing with him and he's always so happy, looks great and smells amazing when we pick him up! 🐾💜

I took my puppy for a full groom and cut. The appointment booking and communication was great and done with ease. I was able to get in a last minute appointment due to a cancelation. I dropped off my puppy and all seemed well. I texted a photo for how I would like my puppy's hair cut to look like. When I returned it was very different than the photo. The grooming was done very well, ears cleaned, nails cut, she smelled amazing for quite some time and no itching or reaction to the products. I am very disappointed with the cut. I asked for her ear fur to be kept long, the rest of her fur not to be cut too short because it is cold outisde but trim around her eyes. Also, in one area the fur was shorter than the rest, her ear fur still hasn't grown back, the grooming was completed on December 23rd, 2021. Here are the results, the photo I asked to be used to cut her hair, the before photo, after photo and the photo a couple of days later, after the blow out of fur. I realize that I forgot to mention, my puppy was not matted. We regularly brush and comb her fur. She may have not had a cut but we knew she would get spayed and didn't want to do too much prior to her operation. The ear fur that was cut too short was definitely not matted so not sure how that happened. Maybe a really busy groomer, I don't know. I make sure I thoroughly write review from every aspect possoble before posting as I want and need it to be fair for those who are reading and making a decision on a business or service. Grooming was amazing! The cut was our biggest issue. I also don't appreciate the person who replied to my review your mentioning my puppy's name as I never mentioned it once in the review. We didn't return based on the cut. Family and friends were also disappointed by the results.
