Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a T-shirt for my niece and wasn’t sure about the size. Even though I provided her age, class, and weight, the woman working there was very rude and simply told me to come back another day with the exact size. There was no effort to help at all. It felt like they have no experience with kids’ clothing or even a basic idea of approximate sizing. Definitely find a better place, your kids deserve better.
View on GoogleBought a pair of pants for my son at the beginning of school. Paid $8 to get it altered to have hem sewed onsite. Within 2 weeks the hem of the pants came out! Really?! When I left a message to inform them, no reply. So, I hemmed it myself. I'd like my $8 refunded please.
View on GoogleMy son goes to DSBN Academy and is required to have a school uniform, and the school recommends/works with this company. The clothing is absolutely terrible quality. We order multiple pairs of shorts and pants for my son, and all of them had holes and rips less than half way through the school year. There was an issue with the pockets ripping as well, but to their credit they fixed that issue free of charge. The customer service has been good when I've dealt with them, but no amount of customer service makes up for the terrible product quality. We will be getting pants from other places for the rest of the time my son attends this school.
View on GoogleSo rude! Having worked in retail for over 20 years I am used to dealing with all sorts of personalities. The employee I just spoke to was so dismissive and condescending. I placed an order Sept. 9th, paid online. I heard nothing back. I waited 2 weeks and called the store. Was told it takes 4 weeks and to call back. I called today (5 weeks since order) and was told "orders aren't placed until Oct 1st then it's 4 to 5 weeks". When I said noone told me that when I called before I was told "it's on the website if you look". Condescending and incredibly unprofessional. It's no wonder the school recommended a different uniform company. HUGE NO! Edited to reply to staff members reply: You were on speaker phone and your ignorant tone and attitude were heard by multiple people in the establishment I was in. I needn't address it further as most of the reviews note the exact same appaling customer service. Thankfully the schools have directed parents to a much better uniform provider so this won't be an issue in the future. Again, it's clear why this business is no longer recommended by schools.
View on GoogleAbsolutely brutal to deal with. Worst customer service. I believe it's Cassandra I was dealing with, has no idea how to deal with customers especially when she makes a mistake! Your staff told me to order the larger size as it would shrink. I brought my son in to size him rather than order online. When the order came in it was 100% polyester that won't shrink. And you can definitely resell it. I was already told the letters would be pulled and someone else had already ordered that size. Again rather than continue to argue with your customers and make them wait weeks for a redo you fix the problem and make your customers happy & treat them with respect. Let's not forget this was ordered back in June! No wonder you are losing all contacts with the school boards. So sad. We always support good local family businesses!
