Great place for repairs, parts,and service. The guys are very personable and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices and work done on time. They take time to explain things and give advice if you are trying to DIY.

Pity that there are only 5 stars for rating. Decent price for an excellent service. This was about 3 years ago. Recently, (in the year 2021) they refuse to do small fixes like carburettor adjustment e.t.c. with somewhat not so friendly explanation: "Go and by a new tool, battery powered." If it was possible, now, I would downgrade this service to 1 or 2 stars.

I have ordered a lawn mower part over 1 month ago which was very easy to do over the phone! I got a call to come pick up the part but I only came get the part 1.5 weeks after the call and I told the person that it will take me a week or so to get the part since I was on vacation. when I arrived to pick up the part the lady was unable to find part since it was a mess in the office with parts all over. I heard her talk to 2 different people where it could be and one comment between them was that did you sell this and he replied yes.... she later told me that I never got a call for the part which I proved to her it was false and showed the voice mail/ my call back log from my cell. She asked if I wanted to order another one but I said no since I have already ordered and paid. There was never once a sorry for this problem and no resolution offered. To me this was extremely poor service trying to put the blame on a customer for there lack of organization. They might have good pricing and can fix lawn mowers but I will never go there again.

I was looking for a second hand lawn mover. Spoke with Mike - they didn't have any used mowers but he explained my options for a new mower. Mike was super helpful on the phone - we settled on a new LawnBoy mower. I agreed to come in 2 days to pick it up - he offered to unpack the mower from the box and assemble it for me and have it ready - and I hadn't even paid - just a promise to come. Great service! When I arrived, the mower was ready, was gassed up, had oil in it, was tested and they even registered the warranty for me. Mike powered it up for me to show that it was working and then they put it in my car. Best service - definitetly wouldn't get this at a big box store - and the price was exactly the same as advertised at major hardware stores. I would highly recommend M&R Small Engines!!
