Lynn Fee Team

Due to our experience with the Lynn Fee Team, we reported their actions to the Niagara Regional Police Service. We have also issued a formal complaint with RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario). I was a resident at a house they were hired to sell and dealt with them and their clients. It was a terrible experience, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The unprofessionalism within this team was admirable. They attempted to mediate and write up important documentation to proceed with the sale of a house. Unfortunately, the bare minimum assets to be a realtor is something they seemingly lack as seen by their actions seen while dealing with them. Almost all correspondence was riddled with spelling errors, and other issues on important documentation. They are a brokerage I wouldn't ever trust with selling the most important asset in our lives. This team seems to thrive on the fact Grimsby is a small place, and there isn't much competition, however I would recommend searching for any other brokerage. If you ever want a realtor that states: "You can't afford to eat you piece of [...]" Calls you a "Criminal", "Thief" and admits to doing nefarious things to "deal" with us. Then maybe they are the right ones for you, otherwise steer clear.

Selling or purchasing a home is emotional. During the sale of my house and purchase of a home, I was excited, frustrated and wanted to quit. I am glad Wendy was there to guide me through the process. Wendy sold my wife and I the house I was now selling seven years previously. My wife passed away and I needed to move on. Wendy has the experience and understands why we sell or buy homes. I got Wendy and a team of experts who could market my home and guide me in the purchase of a new house. Stephanie was amazing, for over three years (because we are very picky and had a very small area we wanted to move) she took us from house to house and helped us find the perfect home for our family. She is friendly, attentive and was always there when we found a place we wanted to see even on very short notice. As first time buyers she answered our hundreds of questions and made us feel comfortable in the whole process. We appreciate all the time and dedication she put in to helping us find our family home and we wouldn't hesitate to reach our again if we decided to move!

I met Wendy when I was looking for a home in Black Creek and realized I needed a realtor to sell my current home. Wendy has been wonderful. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and so polite. This has been an extremely hard decision for me and Wendy has helped me in so many ways with everything. She has educated me on the selling and buying process with homes. She has never made me feel like any question was silly or over the top.
