Tastefully renovated rooms spotlessly clean comfortable nicely equipped perfect business travel reasonable rates wardrobe area lovely bathroom mini fridge kettle microwave wide screen smart TV if you like watching movies YouTube free wifi. 5 stars kind thoughtful management made my stay really exceptional . Since original review I’ve discovered this motel and many others in Niagara Falls offer weekly rates, extended stays and residential suites for seniors on or off season .

On a bus route for the red line we-go, just on the outskirts of the busy tourist district so you avoid the hussle and bustle. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and kind. The handful of regular guests are equally as welcoming and friendly as the staff also. Last time I was there, they had converted the outdoor pool into a fish pond with big beautiful koi fish swimming about. The rooms are comfortable and the establishment overall is kept very tidy and presentable. Overall it's a very quaint, safe, welcoming motel that's in a very convenient location in Niagara Falls.

I'm reticent to post about this Motel because I want to keep it to myself and friends. It's truly a hidden gem. The owners are fantastic. The property is well maintained. The rooms are immaculate and the prices are great. Hardwood floors in the room are spotless and shine. The furniture is clean and new. The TVs are current and Wifi works well. I would take this Motel above anything I find closer to the falls. The little extra distance is worth the walk or drive to the falls. Lastly, the flower beds are beautiful.
