Absolutely had the best experience with this team! Brought my 1 year old shepherd in for a spay and the price was amazing, the team truly cares for your pets overall health and wellbeing! They are there for you through all the follow up and you can text them anytime with updates! I’ve been in communication with them for 4 days now. Overall I had a truly amazing experience and felt like they genuinely cares for my girl as much as I do. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys for everything you do.

Misdiagnosed my cat who has a respiratory infection. Said he has feline herpies despite having been tested previously with his regular vet and then the dr suggested all of these random tests for aids and leukaemia despite being told that the cat has been previously tested multiple times and has tested negative. My cat is an indoor cat who has never been in contact with outside cats. The dr then percribed needless medication including sedatives!? and took complete advantage of my distraught husband. Very disappointed with this dr and lack of compassion and proper communication with my husband for the poor cat. Will not be recommending this vet to anyone. You should take your animals to heartland vet instead. We are always met with compassion and willingness to help while you’re on a budget.

We just moved to Niagara and we're referred by family. BEST choice, the vet was amazing, and Andrea the vet tech was so loving towards our pup. They were both very informative on what to do/ what our options were, and what they recommend, and why. I fully trust them with my dogs health. Plus they are super affordable. Exactly what I wanted in a vet.
