I cannot recommend Luke at LP Tax in Niagara Falls enough! I came to him with multiple years of complicated issues and a lot of stress, and he absolutely exceeded my expectations. Luke took the time to explain everything clearly, which no other accountant had ever done for me. He not only cleaned up the problems, something the previous two accountants lacked, but also delivered results that turned out even better than my best-case scenario. Luke is warm, friendly, and truly cares about his clients. You can feel that his driving force is helping people, not just doing the bare minimum. I honestly wish I could give him 20 stars. Finding a trustworthy, knowledgeable accountant is not easy, but I am so grateful I found Luke—he had my back every step of the way. If you’re stressed and searching for an accountant who knows what he’s doing and will go above and beyond for you, stop looking and call Luke. He has made me a lifelong client, and I will never go anywhere else!

I have been a client since Kevin days and in last four years service and mistakes almost every year on my returns. Never called back for months when I needed help. Multiple errors that have cost me thousands and no accountability or apology. I asked to speak to owner/manager on a few occasions and he has never replied or taken an interest in the errors or service level which in business is a big mistake.I had to ask for 3 reviews of my return this year and then had CRA contact me with money owing due to basic entry errors. I feel bad leaving a review but when you don’t treat your clients with concern or give them an opportunity or listen to them then this is our only voice.

I have had a great experience with Luke and the whole LP TAX team for years now! They are quick and efficient and always willing to answer all questions we have. Luke is organized and always very efficient. Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work Luke!

Unacceptable service. Took them 1.5 months to do my deceased fathers taxes which were already organized by him before he passed and just needed to be filed. They Didn’t even look at his paperwork after 1.5 months now there is a penalty. Had I gone to someone else originally I wouldn’t have wasted my time here. Go somewhere else who actually cares !!!! Beyond disrespectful at such a difficult time for our family. I had to request for his paper work back and find a new accountant because they were never going to finish this work in a respectful time and I no longer felt safe with them even having his important documents if they never cared for it to begin with. Do not go here.
