I have been there 3 times now, amazing service and great stuff to buy. Prices are amazing. Once you go back to get more there will be none. I love this store!!!

Awesome deals and cool variety. Only issue is that they use a calculator to add up the total. I’ve been there 3 times and I’ve added up the total with tax and for some reason they have overcharged me on more than 2 occasions. I noticed a lady in front of me adding up her items herself first and I should have followed her. The calculator was also off to the side so I couldn’t see what the cashier was typing and after checking twice I was overcharged by $10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lucky 7 Liquidation is hands down one of my favourite places to shop! They always have an amazing selection and seriously great deals. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially the girl with the black hair and glasses. The last time I was in, she was pricing merchandise, cashing people out, and still taking the time to help customers with questions. That level of multitasking and customer service is rare !! 10/10 customer service every time. I’ve recommended Lucky 7 Liquidation to all my friends and family and will absolutely continue to shop here!

This was my first time shopping at this store, and the customer care was completely lacking. I was with my parents, and we won't be returning. They don't provide an itemized receipt, only a receipt for the total amount paid, which we didn't realize at first. They simply use a calculator and charge accordingly. The store advertised three promotions: 25% off all December, 50% off clothing, and 50% off Christmas items. We purchased two clothing items and other merchandise, assuming the 25% discount applied to everything else. If that promotion didn't apply, why display the sign? We paid, expecting the breakdown on the receipt. When we realized the 25% discount hadn't been applied, we went back to the store. A man and a woman (who identified herself as the owner) were present. We politely requested an itemized receipt. The man, very politely, began calculating the total in his head and realized everything was correct. He immediately became angry, stating, since you came back, you'll have to pay more, so “how you will be paying”. People like you waste our time coming back,' as if we were trying to scam you. I responded that I wasn't accusing them of anything; I simply wanted clarification since the sign advertised 25% off for all of December, in addition to the 50% off deals. We thought there might have been a mistake, which is understandable. The man and woman said they had been working since 7 a.m. and needed to go home. If you run a business and that's how you treat your customers, it's disheartening. It's sad that owners like them start businesses and then complain. Without customers supporting a store through purchases, the owners won't be able to sustain the business.

My fiancée and I are always checking out Lucky 7. They are always getting new stuff in and can always find some hidden treasures. We follow them on Instagram and see when the new truck of goods arrive, which looks like a couple times a week. The staff is super helpful and friendly. If you are in the area definitely check it out, you never know what you will find.
