Love Shop - Adult Novelty & Sex Toys

I’ve been debating on making this review as this store is really good and has such good workers… but unfortunately there was one employee that just made me feel really disappointed. The other day (December 29th) I called around 6pm to ask what time the store closes, someone answered and the lady on the phone only gave one worded answers that sounded like she couldn’t care less. Okay fine sometimes we have bad days. So we went around 8-9pm and when we went in I could already tell it was the same lady based on how she was acting. She was just dismissive the whole time and had such an attitude when we asked questions, didn’t make us feel welcomed or comfortable at all… which was so unfortunate as all the other employees have been so helpful and open when it came to how stuff works etc. This lady was none of that. As a costumer who’s bought hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from here, it was pretty disappointing to be treated like an annoyance by an employee who should be professional and understanding when it came to this type of work. The lady had blonde hair and a nose ring, not tall but not short either, that’s all I can really remember of her.

Had an amazing visit tonight with my partner, the clerk was extremely welcoming and willing to joke around with us both. Despite my partner and myself being nervous the clerk was able to lighten the mood with some clever puns, jokes and willingness to share some laughs with us both. They then pointed us towards some fun deals and shared some promotions with us, they even took some time to show us around the glassware/smoking accessories. My only problem is we never caught their name to properly credit them but Clerk "16485" is an incredible sales rep and or customer service rep. P.s they also said that my partner and I were "very cute" and it was the cherry on top to the whole visit and we will definitely be coming back

Have been to this location and Kelsi has helped my boyfriend and I twice now. She made the experiences super comfortable, and she’s so knowledgeable, helpful and we have learned and tried/ purchased new things we likely wouldn’t have been comfortable to otherwise without her guidance. She’s definitely an asset to the love shop and honestly she’s the reason we came back agian after our first time. Thanks Kelsi ❤️ stay wicked

First time I visited this facility, I was very nervous and shy. This wonderful employee named Robyn could see this. She was very informative and friendly. She took the time to answer any questions I had without hesitation. Truly helpful and patient, I can only hope all the staff is similar. Having staff like that is an amazing thing, makes people feel comfortable and welcomed. I recommend this store to my friends.

Very friendly knowledgeable place. Great place to go whether your a beginner or experienced. Sadie was very helpful, she listened to my hubby and I and helped us pick out some items. She explained the difference between brands and made suggestions based on our comfort level and what we were looking for. She made sure that we would be 100% happy with what we purchased. Great prices and will definitely be returning!
