I've been to this place many times to buy hair products and straightening creams, but I think the prices are too high, so the product isn't really worth it. I've been to another place and it's the same product for a lower price. And not only that, the customer service is terrible. You feel like they're looking at you inappropriately and asking too many questions. You can't even go inside because they're obsessively watching you from the moment you step inside. And when you start looking at the products, they come up to ask if you're almost done paying. The atmosphere is stressful and overwhelming, with someone watching you all the time. And there are too many staff members. I won't be coming back here. The products are too expensive, and neither the staff nor the store are worth it.

Amazing service and very talented with hair. Every time my hair turns out amazing. Employees are very kind also.

I was very disappointed with this store. I went in to buy hair and asked a staff member for help, but she seemed lost and barely spoke to me. I had to figure out the type and color on my own, and the store’s lighting made it nearly impossible to color-match. At checkout, a product had no price tag. The cashier went to the back to ask the owner, who first gave one price, then changed it to a higher one—it felt like they just choosing whatever price they want. After buying the hair, I realized I got the wrong shade and was told there are no refunds, and exchanges are very limited with few options. The store is poorly stocked, with little to nothing .For comparison, the beauty supply store just down the street has far more products and options, and I’ll be going there from now on. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store.

I’m absolutely in love with my boho braids—hands down the best braid application I’ve ever had! I also really appreciate that it’s a one-stop shop for both hair services and top-quality beauty supplies. Sandra and her team are incredibly friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Louriel is very knowledgeable in her profession. When I had my hair dyed by her for the very first time, she explained the dye to me so I could understand what I was getting and why. Basically, I knew a little bit but gained even more knowledge from her expertise with hair textures and dyes. I've been to Louriel for a wash, cut, dye,style, and braids (cornrows mostly and box braids on my last visit). There is a beautiful story here. To make it short.... I did single (box braids) for the first time ever, and I never received so many compliments on my hair until this style. Even kids complimented my hair, and that is rare for kids. I went away for a week and felt so good about this new hairstyle of mine. It was the best yet! For braids. Louriel helped me with my colour selection, and I am super glad she did because it was spot on to what I wanted. I didn't even know that there was a name for the hairstyle. I thought it was just single braids. I should have known, but I learned something new. A few things! What's even nicer about the entire experience is that she has everything right there in the salon. The choices are endless. All the staff are very pleasant to work with and I really love that. Keep winning TEAM, Louriel!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
