Golden Lotus

Another excellent experience at the Golden Lotus. I tried the Chinese new year special, Crispy Chicken which was presented beautifully. The beef with Oyster Mushrooms and the Honey beans were fantastic as well. My servers, Angeline and Mingming were attentive and deserving of 5 stars. Thank you to the manager who asked about my service and suggestions. I would hope to see some dessert options on the menu in the future.

Went here for the first time before a show at OLG stage. Food was amazing the staff was very helpful the tea was really cool and was a nice presentation. Usually we eat at the noodle bar but this is definitely an elevated dining experience. Perfect for a date night or dinner before a show. There is a view of the falls too which makes a hard to see at night but it is a nice added bonus. MingMing was super helpful. She check on us frequently and made sure everything was good and made sure we understood the menu. She made sure we made it to our show on time too. The general tso chicken and the chicken fried rice was so good and the spring rolls to start was perfect. We also had the mixed vegetables and noodles. Big portions and really good bang for your buck. You’ll definitely have left overs. Cost about 200$ with a few drinks. WELL WORTH IT. We will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu. Make sure you make a reservation especially on show nights. It won’t disappoint.

It was our first time at The Golden Lotus. Unfortunately, it also our last. We ordered a few entrees. One entree was the Crispy Half Chicken. We received only dark meat. When we brought this issue to our server, her response was “next time order a larger chicken.” She made no effort to rectify our issue. No tip was given! Our bill before taxes was $120.00.

Visited recently, Angeline introduced new menus for us to try, she has great memory, even remembered when i asked for sweet sour pork, i always wish for extra sauce. I tried new rice noodle black bean beef with green chilli peppers. Both dishes tasted authentic and remind me of my malaysian w Chinese food. Beef is tender and have no after taste. We got nice corner table facing the falls with illuminating lights. Atmosphere is fine dining style with high ceiling, v spacious, they even expanded to the back. My water cup was refilled several times without asking, the chef even come out to say hi and ask us how was the food. Definitely coming back again

I recently ordered dinner for six people from Golden Lotus, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was a hit. The [name a dish] was especially delicious perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and on time. The staff was also very friendly and helpful when I placed my order. If you're looking for great Chinese food, I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to order again!
