We just completed our pre-delivery inspection with Rick Bagni at Losani Homes, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As first-time homebuyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Rick took the time to explain everything from top to bottom. He went through every area of the home, every feature, what to look for, and what to expect moving forward. He was thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel like he was showing us his own home. We truly felt confident and taken care of. The entire experience with Losani has been really great: the choice of materials used is impressive. Pre-delivery inspection was done today and Rick was truly great, he had already noted some minor details for re-work, gave us time to go through ourselves, take it all in and note anything. He explained how certain things worked and was very warm. I am very pleased that we had the opportunity to do the inspection with him. The home is truly beautiful and we can’t wait to close and move in already!
