Awesone place, very helpful workers, all my questions were answered I will definetly purchase here again. I highly recommand anyone to this place I am well pleased with their service.

Terrible location, any of the older staff act like you are bothering them and will provide poor information just to get you out of the store quicker. the "Guitar" guy with the long beard must absolutely hate his job, never friendly and will usually walk away as soon as he hears you mention the word guitar. The younger staff they have recently hired seem to have not hopped on the hate train just yet, who knows, will never be shopping at this location again.

I forgot how horrible this location is. Been years since I've visited. I ordered a Ludwig Speedking Pedal over the phone, and when I went to go pick it up , all they had was the footboard part of the pedal. I asked "Shouldn't there be the other parts that come with it for assembly?" and the worker said "It's fine, the footboard should work with yours." For some silly reason I trusted him and brought it home to find my gut instincts were true. I felt like such a schmuck to let such an incompetent worker manipulate me into believing in him. They should consider purging staff for more musically knowledgeable workers, or at least give them a basic lesson on instrumental equipment. So, I went to go return the footboard and I was not so surprised to find they had to keep some of my money for a "restocking fee." Scummy corporate crooks.

After dealing with a different Music store for 20+ years, I found this hidden gem today. Went in, was served by Carl, who was awesome. Fixed me up with a great deal on a guitar, tuned it up for me. Quick service, great price. Highly reccomend!

Very nice experience here Monday afternoon. My son was looking for a cord for his guitar amp and some guitar picks. We found what we were looking for on the recommendation off one off the staff members. It really is a cool store with a beautiful selection of musical instruments.
