Loblaw pharmacy

Yesterday I was there needing medication and some supplements. I went to the counter and spoke to the pharmacist's assistant, asking for help after trying for over ten minutes to find what I needed. The shelves were disorganized and untidy, and if you were looking for something specific, it might take half an hour or more to find it. Chaos everywhere, like looking for a needle in a haystack. I went to the pharmacist's assistant and asked her to help me find what I wanted. But she ignored me and continued working, even though no one else was in the pharmacy. It was around 8:30 PM. If you can't do your job properly, wouldn't it be better for you to stay home?

Quality has really gone down, very frustrating when I have to call 7 times about my meds and I get told they don’t know what’s going on constantly, they will figure it out, I call back to follow up and start all over because nobody seems to know what’s happening. New younger guy who is working the counter is extremely smarmy and not polite to customers. Laughing at customers infront of me and very clearly trying to hide a smile when you’re dealing with an older senior and they’re frustrated is not a great look.
