Loblaw pharmacy

If zero stars was an option I would give zero. After placing a very expensive order and getting home with it - the store gave us part of our order and part of someone else’s. They also charged us for products we didnt order and they didn’t give them to us. Then, they told me to go on the app to request a refund for items that they charged me for but I didn’t order and don’t have. So these items are not even in my online order profile to request the refund. Brutal customer service. Be aware if you shop online. They will put their mistakes on you to fix online and refuse to right the wrong in person.

Would give it no stars if I could. Unprofessional, often not opening at opening hours. Called at 9 am and was told "pharmacy is open but nobody is there, try back in a half hour" uhhh how are you open with no staff. Went to drive thru because I had 2 toddlers in the car, had to go in because they put a sign up to close the drive thru (which is the whole reason I chose this pharmacy to begin with). Everyone here is operating on island time, unfortunately we are not on an island and I will be finding a pharmacist that is aware of that. You made me wait so long so many times because you wanna move slow and putter about for each task, well y'all can watch me putter on over to a better pharmacy!! To be honest I have been waiting to write you a bad review, but after many incidents of making me wait for absolutely no reason (don't forget, it's an open pharmacy, I can SEE you doing nothing and ignoring me!!), i've been in healthcare for many years, do yourself a favor people, go somewhere else. Don't put up with this place, you deserve better! And Loblaws- just be a grocery store and forget being a pharmacy too, if you ask me you suck at it :)

If I could give no stars I would . Worst pharmacy I have ever been to ,The pharmacist I have had repeated issues with ,name is I believe Monisha, she has no customer service skills and is very rude. I will do everything to never return to this pharmacy. They often dont have common prescriptions in stock dispensing 1-2 pills and I have to come back 2-3 days later , this has happened many times. They never have it ready, I switched my pharmacy to shoppers on Pelham Rd and what a joy it is to go there. They go above and beyond. Outstanding customer service and they remember you and 95 percent of the time have it ready :)

This pharmacy has become pathetic. When Monisha is there, service is good. When she’s not, the staff ignore customers for as long as possible, going to great lengths to fiddle w paper and stock, but not actually doing anything. They must be having trouble getting and keeping good staff. Avoid this pharma. The Zehrs pharma in the Fairview Mall is much better.

The pharmacist was lovely and apologetic. But on a Saturday, they had ONE person to work the whole pharmacy including the drive-thru window and appts. We had an appointment at 10am, were seen at 10:30 and at noon we were still waiting for the prescription. This is not the actual pharmacist’s fault as she was doing her best, but it is still completely unacceptable. We made the appointment the night before to avoid walk-in clinic wait times, when in reality a clinic would have been faster.
