Always wonderful . Been buying for 40 years . The Niagara Falls store is awful, all leftovers from other stores.

I stopped in at LLbean while shopping at the outlets. I had an amazing shopping experience with Julie, I believe she is the manager. She helped me with styles, sizing( although some sizing was limited), and matched outfits and offered some accessories. We had a great conversation about the city and told me to enjoy our stay. She wished us safe travels and give them a call if I had any questions. Superior customer service. Well done!

Loved the LLBean outlet and with some good pricing for high end pricing but very disappointed in sizing. Only have up to XL. LLBean stores and outlets in the USA now carry Plus Sizes with their regular sizing That is why my stars are only a 3 Need to carry a selection of bigger sizes also

I just wanted to share my most recent shopping experience at L.L Bean Canada One Outlet Niagara Falls. First of all, if you have ever shopped at L.L. Bean before you know their clothing seldomly goes on sale. If you are looking for amazing deals you have to shop this location. I have to say this was by far one of the nicest stores to shop at with the best deals to be had with amazing selection. Everything minimum 30 percent off to 60 percent off reg. sticker price. You pay for quality here and there clothes last a very long time. The store was super clean, the selection was terrific and the sales were out of this world. My S/A Michelle was terrific. The most wonderful sale associate I have ever encountered. Very friendly, accommodating and honest. What more could you ask for. I was also lucky enough to meet the store manager just as we were leaving. Very lovely lady as well. The sweetest staff. I can't wait to return.
