I was looking for parts I called one stupid pickup the phone he had knowledge to talk with people I don't why the lkq hire like this guys

No customer service just waste of time, they hang up the phone randomly and not call back. Along with they always sound rude and pissed off.

The guys were great. Fast service and good parts. I bought a motor. No complaints. Definitely will go back for more stuff as needed.

I show up and say im here for a part! He said it won't be ready for a couple hours. Fine, I said id wait. But basically trying to kick me out because he doesn't want me waiting in the seating area. Thanks for accommodating me!
