As a Niagara Falls senior well into to my eighties , I have never before experienced such professionally qualified and proven Pharmacists and Staff. Whether it be Merna or her husband Simon at their Simon's Drug Store and two LiveWell Pharmacy locations here in the City, Merna and Simon have both become my good luck having them look after me. E. Simon has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from the previous pharmacy, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answering all of my questions. The pharmacy itself is clean, welcoming, and staffed by genuinely friendly people. Their blister pack services and free delivery have made managing medications so much easier for my family. Most importantly, we never feel like “just another number” when we visit - there is a real sense of personal attention and compassion here. I had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy after having difficulties locating a particular prescription that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. The staff and owner are lovely and extremely helpful, and they were able to transfer my prescriptions over quickly and efficiently. It's safe to say i'll be filling all of my prescriptions here moving forward. Highly recommended!

Simon is the nicest pharmacist that i have ever met and beyond knowledgeable regarding medications. He takes the time to really help you understand the medication. The rest of the staff is also very kind and patient. Simon and his staff make you feel like family! This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used by far.
