Live Empowered Counselling

While I’ve seen many therapists and counsellors, Martina at Live Empowered Counselling is the only one I’ve felt a true connection with. In the 6 years I’ve been seeing her she has helped me in more ways than I can express. She is kind, compassionate and unconditional in her support. She provides a safe and judgement free space for you to heal and grow. I found her at just the right time in my life and I couldn’t imagine it without her.

I have referred a number of clients to live empowered counselling for both anxiety related and body image concerns. They handle referrals in a prompt and careful manner. Deanna Khes Grabiec specifically has displayed high standards of professionalism and makes significant effort to create a safe and empathetic space for her clients.

Not happy with the service provided by Autumn Conn. Worsening of the condition after so many weekly sessions. Probably if Autumn couldn’t help or the case beyond her area of expertise, she could have referred the case to someone else NOT just doing sessions for the sake of money and not in the patient’s best interest. Not recommending this practice for that dishonesty!
