LIV Nail Lounge

My experience with Liv nail lounge was fine, but it’s the state of my nails now that is concerning and upsetting. I got my nails done on January 23rd, so it has been under a month with these nails. When I got them done, everyone was very nice and the lady did a great job. This is my first time with bio gel so I assumed it was like every other gel. A week in, I noticed 2 of my nails had cracks in the middle of them. I was thinking of going back in to get them fixed until , randomly, the one completely split off and ripped my real nail underneath. My finger was in a lot of pain and there was a lot of blood. Next thing I know, my other finger had the same experience. After cutting them down, I have now been looking down at my hands seeing more nails disappear. All my nails have basically fallen off and it’s been under a month. I am not someone who is rough with my hands/ nails , this is very abnormal for me. I am upset since I paid $100, plus a tip, for these nails and was hoping to get longevity out of them. Again, I have never had a nail fall off and I am confused as to why this is happening.

I’ve been going here for a few years - Leah is amazing, her work is great, and my nails never break- - I also receive compliments- I have sent all my friends and family here and they are so happy with Leah as well!

I was given a gift certificate for a manicure and Hannah was my nail technician. She is so nice, genuine, and patient. I had a Halloween request and she suggested an even better color that complimented my skin tone. My original color that I had chosen had yellow hues that I didn't pick up on and wouldn't have looked good on me. Hannah has a steady hand for nail art and painted a spider and web without any issues. I highly recommend her and will visit again!

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon today. The technician, Kim, was unprofessional and couldn’t paint my nails properly compared to other salons I’ve been to. She kept asking me to move my bag and even made me switch seats mid-service because a new customer came in, saying it was her station. There were only a couple of customers in the salon, yet it felt chaotic and unorganized. It seemed like Kim was renting out a station rather than being an actual employee, which might explain the lack of professionalism. The place was also full of flies, and no one seemed to care about cleanliness or customer comfort. I made the mistake of paying before the service was finished, which I truly regret. I wish I had trusted the reviews before coming here. Definitely not recommended.

I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most consistently positive and professional environments I’ve experienced. I’ve seen several different techs over time including Skye, Tia, and Hannah but my regular go-to is Sheena. 💚 No matter who I’ve booked with, the service has always been warm, respectful, and beautifully done. What really stands out to me is how the entire team handles themselves with grace and patience, even when faced with difficult clients (and I’ve witnessed more than a few with incredibly poor attitudes). The techs remain calm, courteous, and focused on delivering great service — even when it’s clear they’re being unfairly treated. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable, rushed, or disrespected during any of my visits. Every appointment feels like a treat, and I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. It's my 1 hour every few weeks where I can just sit and relax and it is wonderful! 💚 If you’re looking for a team of talented professionals who genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work, this salon is it. I wouldn’t keep coming back — and recommending it to friends — if it were anything less than excellent. 💚
