I can’t say enough good things about Maelle and Dakota! My dogs always come home looking absolutely perfect — and exactly what I ask for, the fur is soft and smells amazing, and they even put on the cutest little bandana. What really stands out is how patient and gentle they are with them as they are both rescues and one ia timid with strangers; he used to be nervous at grooming appointments, but now he practically drags me through the door because he loves them so much. The place is spotless, they are friendly and professional, and the pricing is very fair for the quality. We’re customers for life!

Little and Klaus are so relaxed going to Liv and Groom. Liv and Dakota are so gentle and calm which makes my dogs feel so comfortable when they are there for grooming.

Such a lovely place! Took our rather nervous pup in and they were just wonderful with her, really made her comfortable and did a beautiful job with her unique coat. Would absolutely recommend as a top groomer in Niagara. Thank you for taking the time and care with our dog !

My dog had his first grooming appointment today with Maelle. She did an amazing job, he looks great!! Maelle is very kind and spends time asking questions about your dog and discussing any concerns you may have, (which I really appreciated). She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted done with the grooming as well. I appreciated her calling me to update me and ask a couple more questions before proceeding when some matting was found. I was very impressed with his grooming and I felt he was in good hands. Highly recommend

My dog Leo is absolutely enamoured with Maelle and her daycare. He loves going, even to the point where when we drive to and past the street his tail wags furiously. He always comes back tired and ready for a good rest after playing all day. The staff is great at keeping me updated about his day, his behaviours and even taking and posting pictures of him and his friends. I absolutely recommend this daycare and grooming if you want your furry best friend to have the best time ever.
