Paul is friendly and efficient. Order gluten free pizzas from here a few times a week and he always comes through.

Ordered pick up. Timing was perfect. Chicago Deep Dish Canadian was perfect. Big portions, great taste good price. Quick service, friendly greeting, clean store.

Had fantastic pizza & crazy bread from here two weeks ago. The food was delicious and fresh by the time my wife and I picked it up through the Pizza Portal. Online ordering is the way to go for certain! Not only was the food warm and brilliant overall, but the girl behind the counter went above and beyond. She called us both "gorgeous", and it was such a pleasant surprise! It made our whole week, and we're still riding the emotional high from it. We never had a chance to properly thank her. I decided to write this glowing review in the meanwhile. Please, don't hesitate to email if you want to reach out. Would love to give our thanks properly. Hope the crew continues to be this awesome. Tonight at approximately 11:20 PM, I went in and ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Absolutely nothing was “hot and ready”. One of the young girls working was mopping in booty shorts and another was leaving in her pyjamas. I guess this was the red flag I should’ve caught on to. The young blonde boy who served me was enthused to tell me nothing was ready, and disappointed when I continued to order? After waiting 15 minutes for the pizza and driving all the way home, I opened the box to find this. I guess if you like cheesy crust, this is perfect for you but if you like your pizza on your dough, this isn’t the place for you. I called back and told them what the issue was and that I wouldn’t make it in time for close, And The boy on the other end was quick to inform me that he personally made the pizza and he knows exactly how it looked coming out so anything that happened to it, was absolutely my fault. And he will not help me with anything. When I asked who I should be in contact with because I was not impressed with the service, he told me that I would have to wait until Monday for an owner. I didn’t really care to escalate this until the blatant disrespect. Hopefully we can reconcile, otherwise you just lost a few lifetime customers.

The review has been revised to reflect a decline in quality. Initially, a five-star rating was provided; however, due to recent unsatisfactory experiences, the rating has been adjusted to three stars. As evidenced by the provided images, the pizzas appear to be predominantly crust. Furthermore, the Crazy Bread exhibited signs of overcooking, resulting in a difficult-to-chew texture.
