Very poor customer service. Had to follow up with them about a business account. Took my business elsewhere.

Had an issue with a liner, someone came to see the liner the same day and determined the issue. Got a new one that fit perfectly the next day.

Avoid. I would give them less than one star if I could. This company is bad on all accounts. Poor quality products, terrible customer service and even worse product support. I tried to make a warranty claim on a faulty product and they found all sorts of excuses to avoid any coverage. Do yourself a favour and buy from someone else. Also, keep in mind that any pool company that uses these products should also be treated with suspicion.

Linerwerx has been great to work with. We established our business relationship in 2011, Since then the owner of the company mentored me in starting my business, connected me with all the right people. Taught me how to measure liners for a precise fit. I don't know where I would be today with out Linerwerx. Great group of people work here, All friendly knowledgeable and skilled staff. Liners are superior quality with a wide variety of options to choose from.

This company is a nightmare. It appears impossible to get a tear fixed on a 3yr old pool cover. I have asked if I could bring the cover to their shop to have it repaired, at my cost, but apparently this is not possible. I would hate to have to make a warranty claim.
