Lincoln media center staff have always been great to me. Always very accommodating when booking an appt. I am also so happy that I found such a grwat family doctor, Dr. Jeffery. She will advocate the best for you and refer you to where she thinks is best.

One day, nice receptionist. Next day, NOT!! The first receptionist I spoke to said it shouldn't be a problem, but when I called back, I get lil' miss ignorant who, once I said I'll find a place on my own, hangs up on me. You'd think a doctor would be willing to simply refer you to medical assistance in the city you live, a huge city like St Catharines, which offers many places of the service you need, but at this office, you'd be wrong! They want me to drive 20 to 25 minutes for care when there are literally 3 places within 5 minutes of my home. I will be finding a new doctor far from this place. Good riddance!

Reception here is absolutely horrid! been going to this doctors office my whole life, and over the past few years the quality of receptionists has gone down. i used to have to wait 10 minutes max to get through, now every time i call it’s close to an hour wait, yet every time i’m in i see the staff blatantly ignoring calls. When they do pick up they are short and snappy and not helpful at all. Doesn’t feel like the staff cares a lot about patient care.
