Personally wouldn’t ever put a family member of mine in this “home”. They can’t keep track of their residents, have had residents on multiple occasions go missing. This resident frequented my front porch, tried to come into my home. Tried to call their “24/7” line only to be met with their voicemail, despite staff having the phone on them at all times. Only to be called the next morning to ask if the resident was in my backyard because I was the last person to see him the evening before.
