Skylar is amazing , very easy to talk to and very thorough. She made me feel very comfortable after waiting a very long time to get a cleaning. Highly recommend. You can tell she really cares about her job. Very rare these days and put me right at ease and made making future appointments much more comfortable knowing I could book with her again.

I left a review a few months ago which I wanted to edit and add more after my daughter’s visit yesterday. (I’ll copy and paste the other review below) I wanted to add how amazing the dentist and his assistant was with my daughter. My daughter was extremely anxious to have 4 permanent teeth extracted and I was trying to hold it together knowing how hard it was on my daughter. And this assistant did what I couldn’t from my corner and soothed my daughter and rubbed her arm and talked calmly to her the entire procedure. I wish I would’ve thanked her better when I was there and told her how much I appreciated her. Now here is my original review : I’m fairly new to this dental clinic , but I’m really enjoying it. Their flexible hours are amazing .. nobody in town can match their availability. I’ve seen a few dentists since I’ve come , but today I seen Dr Gaurav and I really like him. He saved my tooth and losing that tooth really would have affected my self confidence. He explained clearly and let me know realistically it may not last forever .. but that’s okay. It buys me time to save for an implant . He was very kind, gentle and pleasant. And the tooth actually looks better than before I broke it ! Also the ladies at the front are amazing. They work long hours , but it doesn’t matter when you go they are always sweet and always smiling. They even called me back when I left a message late at night for a broken tooth. No dental office would do that after hours for non emergencies. I’m not saying it’s a regular thing they do .. but they did this one time and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you 🙏

They are great! My daughter has Autism and we had a hygienist named Sky, she explained everything to my daughter before doing it and tried to make the dentist fun for her. We will ask for her again. She loved the little goodie bag at the end for kids. :) I also had difficulty with my benefits and the front desk staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They moved things around to charge me the least amount for the visit and make sure my daughters teeth got done. I’m going back for my appointment next week. :)

The beautiful ladies at the reception desk of Lincoln Dental (Welland) are very pleasant to speak to, with exceptional/ impeccable customer service! I have always been very satisfied with the treatment I have received from all members of your team, whom I have always found to be most helpful and professional in their approach. ' 'The dentists are always very thorough and the appointment doesn't feel rushed. The Dentist I had today (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I will update once I find out) she made sure I was very comfortable, explaining every step of the procedure as she did it. I would like to give a very special THANK YOU the young lady (Nina)at the reception desk for taking care of one of my 2 year old twins while I was getting a root canal done. She made sure to keep him safe, and busy the whole time I was in my appointment (1.5 hrs) She was beyond amazing with him, from singing, and dancing, exploring the whole office to having him behind the desk while she was working. I couldn't have done it without her ❤️ she definitely deserves a raise 🥰 I will update the names of employees once I find out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Their beyond the BEST dental place I've ever been to

I had an amazing experience with my dentist! He is extremely professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about his patients. He explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I also want to give special appreciation to his assistant and the staff. They are very welcoming, helpful, and kind. Their support makes the whole visit smooth and stress-free. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the service is outstanding. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone. Truly a 5-star experience!
