Very old card strip readers in 2 different bays failed to read both my credit cards. So, no wash for me!

Drive through car wash will not clean ur car properly. I don't recommend.

I went to this car wash twice this week. The first time, I took my vehicle into the booth, swiped my credit card, and did a pretty quick wash. Everything worked fine and it only costed $4. Seemed great! So, two days later, I went with my wife’s vehicle. Different booth but the same routine. Her vehicle is larger so it took me about 2 minutes longer. The screen on the card keypad wasn’t working, so I didn’t know how much I was charged until I checked my credit card charges online. Somehow I was charged $19.95. Holy crap!! From $4 to almost $20 for only two minutes difference!! Insane. I guess I have to search out yet another car wash location.

Like countless others have said here, it charged me $20 for a 3 or 4 min wash using a credit card. They are definitely scamming. Im sure they'll get reported enough times it will shut them down. If you must use it use change only and you better be fast if you want it to be less the an automatic wash.

I don’t know why it charge me $19.95 from my credit card ? When I stopped the machine it was $7.45 on the screen… Something wrong never use credit card again
